Two
golden hours somewhere between sunrise and sunset. Both are set with 60
diamond minutes. No reward is offered. They are gone forever.
Horace Mann
All architecture is great architecture after sunset; perhaps architecture is really a nocturnal art, like the art of fireworks.
Gilbert K. Chesterton

Hongkong Baptist University Experience
During my visit in Hongkong, I am so blessed to stay in one of the HK's leading universities,
Hongkong Baptist University. This institution is a publicly funded tertiary institution with a Christian Education heritage. My brother Ardniel was a visiting student professor in HK University last January 2011 to May 2011.I took the chance to visit him for just 1 week.
Do you know that there's an International House or hotel for interested exchange students and scholars from other countries?I stayed in HK Baptist University International House for 1 week.
I enjoyed the beautiful scene and view from our room on the 10th floor. This sight reminds me of the fusion of HK natural and man-made landscape.
I had so much fun in Hongkong.Big THANK YOU to my brother Ardniel for the free stay in HK Baptist University International House/Hotel! Thank You to Royale Business Club International for making my HK trip possible!

Founded in 1956 by the Baptist Convention of Hong Kong, HKBU is the
second-oldest institution of higher learning in Hong Kong. It was
established as Hong Kong Baptist College with the support of
American Baptists, who provided both operating and construction funds
and personnel to the school in its early years.
It became Hong Kong Baptist University in 1994 during the presidency of Dr. Daniel C.W. TSE, LLD, GBS, CBE, JP, who succeeded the Founding President, Dr. Lam Chi-fung, as the second president of the University in 1971.( Source, wikipedia)
Upon the retirement of Dr. Tse in 2001 after 30 years of educational and social services to the University and Hong Kong, Prof. Ng Ching-fai,
GBS was appointed as the third president of the University. In 2010,
Prof. Albert Chan Sun-chi assumed office as the fourth president of
HKBU. The chairman of the University Council and Court is Mr. WONG Ying-wai, Wilfred.Do you know that there's an International House or hotel for interested exchange students and scholars from other countries?I stayed in HK Baptist University International House for 1 week.

Food Trip in Hongkong
In Asia, Hongkong is one of the most sought after tourist destinations.Aside form its natural and man made charms, foods here are excellent. The fusion of different flavors of East and West are prevalent in Hongkong restaurants and food stores.Despite of the fast modernization and invasion of Western cultures, classic and authentic taste of Asia is found here.
Hongkong cuisine is primarily influence by Cantonese cuisine and parts of non-Cantonese-speaking China and Western world due to Hongkong's past as a British colony and long history of being an international city of commerce. Here in this beautiful Hongkong, from the roadside foodstalls to the most upscale restaurants, this place provides an unlimited variety of foods in every class.
Simple, complex combinations and international gourmet expertise have given Hongkong the title and labels of Gourmet Paradise and World's Fair of Food.
Most of the popular and celebrated Food in Hongkong are wife cake, roast duck, dimsum, herbal tea, shark's fin, mooncake and poached chicken. In addition, other foreign styles of cuisines are also available, although almost all offer one of generic Western,Italian,French,Japanese,Korean,Thai, Vietnamese,Indian,Malaysian and Singapore Cuisine.
After my first dinner in one of the cheap restaurants near Victoria Harbour,I took the chance to experience a walk in the famous landmark in HK, the Avenue of the Stars.
