My COOKING TV Segment Swak Sa Sarap



Celebrity chef or cook, food blogger and writer and  food  & lifestyle hosts are everywhere. People working in this field help our community improve and get some cool ideas about cooking and dining experience.They share what they know and learn about food. Sharing is one of the best things you could do  to our society: share your idea and knowledge,you're a great blessing.I am blessed to have a talent in talking to the public and i am sharing it now.I have a passion in FOODS and COOKING, ABS-CBN gave me a break since 2009.                                                                            
I have a Culinary Arts background.I took up Certificate in Culinary Arts at Gerardo's School of Culinary in General Santos City last 2009,www.gerardosculinary.com!
During my graduation April 2010
Cooking is not an easy task.There are lots of things to be considered in cooking like food preparation,slicing of the ingredients,choosing the right and best brand to use,heat temperature, etc.Anybody can COOK but cooking properly is a different story. By studying Culinary Arts,it helps me to become a better Cook and soon to be a TOP CHEF..Good experience is a plus factor and wide exposure in different food taste test  are helpful in becoming a CHEF.

Handling this TV Segment is a big responsibility. I make sure that the viewers learn something after watching our episode.Giving basic cooking techniques and tips how to save in food preparation and in marketing would be helpful enough.

Swak Sa Sarap also features some promising Chef, Cooks and Food Trippers in the region.Through this  TV Show, we showcase Filipino flavors all over the world.
