In Malaysia, you can savor the SWEET and SOUR with a little bit of SPICINESS.Malaysia has a lot of flavors to offer. Among the many dishes, LAKSA is the most sought after dish.

(Poached, flaked mackerel, tamarind, chili, mint, lemongrass, onion, pineapple … one of Malaysia’s most popular dishes is an addictive spicy-sour fish broth with noodles (especially great when fused with ginger), that’ll have your nose running before the spoon even hits your lips)
Wow,I am so proud to have a taste of Malaysia's LAKSA.
Reminder to those who wanted to try this recipe, just take little amount of LAKSA first.OK?
So what is the process of preparing Laksa?Take a look on my video, taken during my trip in Georgetown Penang Malaysia last April 30,2012 :
If you remember to keep the sweet and sour in balance and use good ingredients, you will end up with wonderfully interesting SWEET and SOUR dishes-kind of like when as a child, you combined the sugar with lemon wedge!
