Rayong Thailand visit

Rayong is a province of Thailand. It is located at the Eastern board of Thailand.From Bangkok,you can reach this beautiful  place by car or bus,approximately 220 kilometers. There are 10 islands group,therefore,this place is blessed with an abundance of seafood products such as dried seafood,shrimp paste,fish sauce.Tropical fruits such as rambutan,mangosteen and durian can be found in Rayong.

During my visit in this place, I stayed at Hinsuay Namsi Resort Hotel located on top of a hill.I like the sunrise view. Makikita mo ang paghalik ng tubig dagat sa dalampasigan,morning mist in the leaves of the plant and of course beautiful sunlight.

 You could see the nice view of the Thailand Gulf from the hotel room.There are lots of resorts and hotels located on top of the hills since Rayong Province is hilly,but  the province consist mostly of low coastal plains.The popular tourist destinations here in Rayong , Ko Samet, Ko Mun and Ko Kodi.

 Here are some popular  festivals in Rayong : 

Rayong Fruit Festival -  In May of each year, Rayong's fruit reaches its peak season.
Waterborne Robe Offering Ceremony (Thot Pha Pa Klang Nam )- During November, on the full moon night,people living near the mouth of the  Prasae River will prepare a monk's robe at the piel. After completing the ceremony on the boat, a monk will come to get it. Normally, the robe-offering ceremony is held at the temple. This special tradition has been celebrated for over a century.
